New 2012 Siverado purchased in Emporia. VA was slipping out of gear. Took vehicle to Bob Taylor Chevrolet for Warranty Service, expected a hassle as I did not purchase vehicle from them, quite the opposite. Made appointment online and was called immediately by Service Manager and had an appointment for that afternoon. Was met by A service Rep (Mike Evans) who took care of everything including a loaner vehicle. Mike kept me posted on what was happening and even took care of the billing errors made by Hertz when the Sevice Incident took longer than expected. While I am displeased with the quality and reliability of the Chevrolet Product (the first in my long history with GM dating back to a 1980 Cadillac), to the point that I will not keep this vehicle I am thrilled with the treatment I received from Bob Taylor Chevrolet.
