Story...what story? Lost the key fob to car. Called parts department for instruction on how to effect replacement fob. Talked to Julio. Went out the next day and ordered/paid for new fob. Six days later went to service department to have fob programmed and key cut. Took about 40 minutes. Paid the bill and left. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. End of story. We srarted looking on Friday, May 24th and by Monday May 27th. had looked at them all and were, frankly, tired and fed up. Unfortunately, some of the dealerships simply do not know how to treat prospective customers. We actually got up and left two locations, even though we liked the product and may have purchased. Bob Taylor Chevrolet of Naples, Florida was the 7th.and last dealership that we visited. Tony Gilardi took the time to listen to our preferred model choice, features, and price range. He demonstrated the one we selected and not once was there any pressure to sign on the dotted line. We felt comfortable with Tony compared with some of the others and that's the way it should be when one is making a major purchase.
